Our history
JPO Construction Inc. was established in 1999 by Jonathan Osinkosky, a master carpenter, now with over 30 years of experience in the building industry. JPO is a family-owned construction company that is fully licensed and insured.
Paying attention to detail and having an active role in every phase of a project is essential to our mission. Since establishing JPO Construction, our belief has been to provide clients with the care, attention, and communication it takes to ensure that their building/construction experience is exciting and fulfilling. We believe the relationships we build with our clients are just as important as the structures.

Our specialities
As a Class A contractor, JPO emphasizes quality, energy-efficient construction, using techniques and materials that are proven to be sustainable as well as aesthetically pleasing. Our expertise in design is evident not only in the floor plans of new construction, but also in the ability to construct additions and remodels that blend seamlessly with original structures.
Jon's creative design ideas have also gone beyond the home and into the backyard. After installing pools for various custom home clients through the years, Jon became a local dealer for in-ground, fiberglass Latham pools, thus giving his clients more choice with their design preferences. This is yet another way for Jon to make sure clients can have the home of their dreams.
